- This is different from the German Telekom system. While there is no
- surcharge, you have to _guess_ that they have exchanged the switch.

- For me, that was easy, since I'm connected to one of the very first ISDN
- capable switches. The switch exchange in 1989 was easily indentified by all
- the software bugs of the switch...
